We currently have
processing capacities in the following range:
• ELECTRIC
DRILLING/ WIRE CUTTING – We have qualified operators and six CHMER brand
EDM machines, allowing for precise machining of details
(including
hardened), both by plunging and wire cutting.
• MILLING
– We perform according to demand: conventionally or CNC.
• MANUFACTURING
GEARS (by hobbing method or chiseling).
• GRINDING
– We have grinding machines for shafts (up to 1100 mm long), holes, surfaces
and tools.
• TURNING –
According to request we can carry out turning on CNC machines, automatic
lathes, and machine tools.
